"Clean room plenty of parking air conditioning & heat No refrigerator or microwave in room ice machine on 2nd floor a plus a small microwave on 1st floor. I got a break on price through Expedia a plus"

"We have stayed here many times and the employees are always very nice. However this time there were a few things that made our stay worse than usual - 1. Large trucks and machines waking me up at 7:30am to do maintenance on pavement 2. Cleaners constantly cleaning around us while we were eating breakfast (hopefully this is resolved as the front desk intervened on our last day. 3. The pool was closed for maintenance with no warning and it was quite noisy at time with equipment noise an loud music. Usually it's a nice place to stay and hopefully this was just one experience that was not good."

"There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"

"Nice place to stay located in pretty area of Branford. The cottage was cute, welcoming, and comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable with a full bath upstairs. A half bath is conveniently located on first floor. Shopping was a quick car ride away for groceries. Excellent location with a variety of nearby restaurants. Our host was easy to communicate with and all questions and concerns were addressed and answered quickly."

"Owner was very flexible with our last minute arrival dates. Great little house. Note that beach is mostly private so while photos show large beach, much is not for use. Upstairs rooms are nice, but walls are very thin, so not really able to have it quiet for one room if others are up in another. You can hear everything."

"Nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and town. The river is close by. The street was quiet at night. The main level was perfect. My only concern was the back door was not secure, due to not having a dead bolt (someone could break the glass and turn the knob) and the screen door needed a lock. The laundry worked well but was in a dark older part of the basement. The rest of the basement needed a good vacuuming. Other wise it was perfect."
