Restaurants is good. The lounge area is nice, however the staff were really busy serving both lounge and pub and this resulted in some small delay and some lack of housekeeping in the lounge area. Breakfast was good. TV is very small though. Location is great, especially the outside bar space on a sunny day, with fantastic views. Parking available outside or if busy in the street too. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Food, especially breakfast was of a high standard too. We got a friendly welcome, by a staff who proved to be pleasant all the way, and had the opportunity to eat the \*best\* breakfasts we ever had in a hotel. No boring self served buffet, no bottled juice, only fresh and tasty food prepared for you on demand.
