« We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again! »

C’est la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne et c’est toujours un plaisir. En bas de l’immeuble, une supérette très pratique, un supermarché à proximité, et plusieurs lignes de bus ainsi que le métro desservent facilement la ville. »

"Chambre très propre, ménage quotidien, rien à redire c’était parfait. Localisation intéressante grâce à la ligne 9 et la airport line. Seul bémol qui me fait mettre 4 étoiles était le check-in qui s’est bien passé mais j’aurais souhaité un peu plus d’explications sur ce qu’offrait l’hôtel comme la piscine et la salle de sport. C’est dommage. "

"L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. "
