« We stayed the weekend for a college reunion- this is our 5th stay - and it keeps getting better. Friday night we had a small get together before heading out to local restaurants and all who stopped by commented on how beautiful the house was and how great the location is. Both inside and outside were great- was a great venue for the 8 of us who stayed. Already looking at dates for the next get together- and making a reservation for “the house” will be top on the list of to dos. »

« The location we had originally booked canceled our reservation due to selling property and issues with plumbing. Upon searching for something close we stumbled across this amazing property. Granted its not on the water like the place we originally had, but this location slept more people, was large, had 2 bathrooms, a cleaning room for fish, a huge kitchen, was decorated very nicely with outdoor theme, and the owners were very accommodating, easy to work with and fast to respond. The space was open, enough room for all of us to sit and be together and not feel like we were on top of each other. Super clean place. Gorgeous views. It has been one of our best VRBO experiences. « Great location for walking to US Bank Stadium or up a few blocks for restaurants, Target Center, shopping. I enjoyed the character of the apartment and the building. Internet works well. Having a few cokes and water in the fridge was a helpful touch the owner provided. Speaking of the owner, Chris is very helpful and goes above and beyond to provide great service. He and his wife help serve their community and it's fun to do business with people who give back. A+ all around. »

« The carriage house was very nice. The bedrooms are a bit strange as you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bunkbed room. The downside of things was we brought our dog and there was only one dog friendly dining option around. Reads Landing Brewery says pet friendly on their website, but they aren't. You have to sit away from the building on the picnic tables, serve yourself and can only order appetizers off the menu. »

« I had an issue getting into my room after returning and the staff was very gracious and put me into a dofferent room and drove 30 minutes to help rescue me so i could get my belongings from the room. I would stay here again. Has wonderful historic charm. »

« The staff at the hotel were so friendly and knowledgeable. We did not know any of the history of the hotel or town when we booked our stay and everyone was so kind in welcoming us and sharing with us the unique history! Highly recommend staying here for a few nights to tour all the town has to offer. »
