« Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans cet hotel. Nous l'avions choisi du fait de sa localisation et de la note client qu'il avait. Les avis donnés nous avaient également donné confiance. Quelle déception en decouvrant la chambre. Elle n'avait pas été nettoyée : nombreux cheveux et poils sur la moquette de la chambre, ainsi que sur le sol de la salle de bain, dans le lavabo, et même dans la douche. La literie etait heureusement propre et confortable. La nourriture etait quant à elle plutôt...
