"Dear travelers, the hotel that we visit was terrible, the photos dont was the same of the watsapp chat, the room was small, porder, and the bathroom, have a bad shower, doesnt have any type of storages. Too have the point that minibar, was rusty. The last point is the pool, that was dirty, hot and is too small. The good points, is that was so close to the beach, and the air conditioning was good. But this dont hide the fact that the hotel is totally bad."
"A pousada é bem localizada, fácil para acessar as praias e a cidade. A pousada se resume a alguns quartos construídos no segundo andar de uma edificação que é uma sorveteria. O quarto era pequeno, apertado, pois além de uma cama de casal o quarto tinha uma cama de solteiro que impedia completamente qualquer movimentação no quarto. A roupa de cama /banho estavam em condições bem precárias, com manchas que pareciam não estar limpas. O local de estacionamento é bastante apertado, com um carro...
"Pousada com jardim lindo, bem cuidado, mas estava sem energia elétrica do início ao fim da nossa estadia. Nossa bebê teve dificuldade para se alimentar, tomar banho e dormir no escuro. Creio que o problema era na cidade mas é um problema recorrente em Paraty, por isso não faz sentido uma pousada sem gerador."
"Very comfortable stay with some minor issues which were promptly resolved by the management. Cafeteria lady made fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast. Short walk from the bus terminal is a huge plus. You can easily walk to the historical city center as well where a number of restaurants are located. Customer service is excellent. I would book without hesitation again if I am in Paraty."

Communication with the team was impeccable - they gave great recommendations and helped us when we were stuck ob any issues! "
