"This quaint condo is in the absolute best location in Holetown. The airport to door service provided by Lloyd made the arrival a breeze. The condo has everything that you need and more. Nothing too fancy but perfect for two people who enjoy spending time together. The icing on the cake was the pool club access that was located, practically on the beach! Nav, we are a few years away from retirement but we know this is the place for us when we get there! Thank you for sharing your condo with us "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is large with lots of comfortable seating options. The shaded side deck is large and great for playing cards/games. There is plenty of shade at the back deck to enjoy the pool. This place is perfect for families as it has lots of room for the kids to play, and lots of activities for them to do. The house is very well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is spacious and easy to prepare meals. I would highly recommend!"

"Our stay was wonderful thanks to Ms. Barbara!!! She made us feel like family any and every question we had she provided solutions. Ms. Barbara being on site made all the difference; without her our stay would have not been the same. She was delightful in every way!!! We felt safe & secure in the neighborhood. There was a water issue in the neighborhood; she kept us abreast as to what was the status. The pool was lovely and we made good use of it. The walk to Holetown beach easy in daytime we took taxi at night as limited sidewalks. We had plenty of places to eat nearby although we cooked in the home; major store Massey's walkable, bus is $3.50BBD easy to navigate. Taxis are EXPENSIVE cost $13USD from Massey's (5 min drive) only used at night. Swan Street in Bridgetown had reasonable grocery shops/produce vendors. Overall great visit!!!"

"The location is convenient, however, there were several important issues during and after our stay that future guests should be aware of. During our 12-day stay, nearby construction caused road closures on at least four separate days, making access to the apartment difficult at times. This was disruptive and not communicated in advance. On arrival, we noticed the refrigerator was leaking, with visible water on the kitchen floor. The downstairs area was extremely hot, and without air conditioning it was not realistically usable unless the back door was kept open. Unfortunately, the back door has no insect screen, which resulted in a significant mosquito issue. Fans alone were not sufficient to make the space comfortable. Regarding linens, four bath towels were provided, of which we used only one. An oil stain was later discovered. Additional towels were delivered promptly by the house manag; although they still had tags attached, they were visibly yellowed from long-term storage. After checkout, the host requested USD 1,500 in compensation, alleging damage to a grey bedsheet and wall marks. These issues were not raised during the stay and were not apparent to us at checkout. The property was used normally and with care, and these claims appeared to relate to wear, pre-existing conditions, or issues not caused by guest misuse. Based on our experience, future guests are strongly advised to carefully inspect and document all aspects of the property at check-in and check-out."

"Barbara was an awesome host. Villa is even nicer than the photos. Sitting area on balcony is the nicest in the neighborhood. You can see everything up there with a breeze keeping it comfortable. Nice and quiet. Covered pool is great to cool off in while the monkeys go by on the fence. Compact kitchen is well equipped while the rest of the rooms are nicely updated and spacious. Great showers. Looking forward to our next stay. "
