"Great location and comfortable room with everything needed provided. Public transport was close by and nature and wildlife was in abundance around. I had a peaceful stay. Would come again."

"Shocking hotel in a very tired condition,the windows were moldy and cracked tiles loose floor boards and as for the bedding it was discusting with stained bed sheets and hairs on them which i dread to think where they came from. I ended up leaving early without breakfast as i really didnt want to eat there..unfortunately there was no staff to complain to in the morning."

"Sam ( Manager), was very welcoming ,approachable and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The bedroom was immaculate , there were plenty of warm drink provions, soft towels and toiletries provided. Our breakfast foods were fresh& tasty- there was a variety of cereals if you wishes, cooked breakfast, warm and cold drinks. Parking is at the front of the hotel and only £6 per night. All of the staff were very friendly and we would definitely recommend staying there. The sea is accords the road. Will definitely book again… Sam even carried our suitcases to our car. Very pleased-5 star!"

"Very good evening meal, food was excellent with a reasonable choice of dishes, we had a sea view which was lovely with a little balcony. Hotel is quite tired, but comfortable and the staff are amazing and a superb location with plenty of parking which you have to pay extra for."

"Absolutely fantastic space. Great house close to centre and easy walk to marina and beach. Plenty of takeaway options within a few minutes walk. No need to use the car. Plenty of parking. Great stay for 2 families of 5 with kids (2-13). Everyone could always find their own space. Great space for family games. A few steps getting in and once inside but really family friendly. We could all sit to eat around the table. We didn't use it as New Year stay but the outside space looked fantastic. "

"I cannot fault my stay at this property. As an expat who needed a base to look for permanent accommodation and job, this was like a little ‘home’, with tv, kitchen, homely furniture and en-suite bathroom. So reasonable. I’m definitely staying again soon."
