"Excellent location and excellent service from our checkin to check out. Buffet was amazing and Johnny our attendant normally for breakfast was amazingly friendly helpful and on point with his services and actually all food attendants were amazing respectful and courteous at any time."

"Check in was really smooth but I forgot to confirm if my room was a king bed so ended up in a double. Upon first call I was told the next day I could move and the following day staff did not follow through. Not too big of deal but I had a cute birthday photo idea I had planned so that room was not ideal. Moving on the restaurant and bar staff were amazing! Juan was so friendly and made the best kettle one martini I had my entire trip. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety each day. Snack and dinner menu also very yummy. I went out to a nearby popular restaurant for my last night and regretted not staying at hotel. Pool area is very nice and relaxing. I only wish they offered poolside cocktail service to make it even better. The Spa was a good experience but could use some newer and softer robes. My deep tissue massage was phenomenal and they fit me in around my activities. The tea and light snack were a nice touch. Overall I was happy with my stay. No you cannot access beach directly across the beach but there are endless shores from left to right. Quick and cheap uber rides into the central town were very convenient. "

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the cleaning crew not cleaning or wiping down the counter in the bathroom only making beds, changing towels and taking out trash, they should thoroughly clean if they are going into the rooms. Also there is no balconies which sucked! The staff was very accommodating which is a plus Alexy and Mauricio. The major issue is by the lobby bathroom there is really a bad smell daily. Also the hotel is a bit dead ( quiet) they should offer some entertainment of the culture and music. Breakfast was decent but they didn’t offer no fish on any day and options like gluten free or sugarless items for those who don’t eat sugar and are sensitive to gluten. Enjoyed my stay "
