"Very nice situated."

"All was good until I had a broken fish hook inside my mouth, then stuck in my lip from the food at dinner. My wife removed it and call dining Management, he looked shock and left and did not return until I went looking for him.. Then asked to speak with the hotel manager only to be told they had gone home, I left my room number and note to contact me soon as possible in the morning. This never happened and when I approached them she was shocked and still nothing done, they left me sitting for hours until the point I left the hotel with nothing more than my lip swollen and cut. An absolute disaster and disgrace on all fronts of management.. I’m British and my Wife Turkish so this isn’t something mixture of not understanding culture.. I want some form of compensation and and an apology would be nice. "

"A warm welcome into a beautiful open and airy lobby with an atrium that has a pastry kiosk and beautiful bar and seating. The staff are outstanding, so polite, and provide great customer service. The pool are is lovely and there is a huge beach area with sunbeds. There’s great entertainment, a lovely spa area and gym and Duygu provides yoga twice a day which is excellent, outside, it’s divine. The guests are an older crowd, our age so it’s really chilled and lots of lovely people to meet and chat to. We have loved our stay here and will surely come back🌸"

"I should've taken more notice of the poor reviews for this hotel but had confidence in the statements from the hotel that things were better this season! It's the worst experience I've ever had in Icmeler - I've been going there since 2001. I stayed one night only and arranged with Hotels.com to start a refund process for the other 9 days, 13 days later my refund still not in my bank! There may be some rooms that have been updated but my experience was awful "

"Stayed at Ida for 10 days in July and couldn't fault it. Hotel is in a perfect location in icemeler with easy access to everywhere and just round the cornor from bus stop if you wish to go into Marmaris. Room was comfortable, nice and cleaned every day with good air con. No problem at all with WiFi which was available in all hotel areas and good for streaming. Pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars) and a seperate bar/restaurant. Food in the main hotel restaurant was first class and very tasty. All the hotel staff were lovely and very polite and couldnt do enough for you. Special mention for Tommy who always made time for a chat even though he was very busy and was happy to keep the bar open for us to sit and have a few drinks and a chat at night when everywhere else was closed even though his shift had ended. All in all couldnt recommend this hotel enough and will definately be back"
