Arthur was very prompt in responding to emails and continued to stay connected during our stay. The space was as described in the listing. Availability of coffee grounds and tea bags were a plus. As others mentioned, the stairs are little tiny/small to get to the bedroom, however not a major distractor to the overall property and location. Parking instructions were clear and even if I came after 10 PM in the night, there were 1 or 2 slots open. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it's worth the price we paid.

2nd time staying at this property but first time in this unit. Great location, safe neighborhood, close to CMU, clean and comfortable. Host is easy. Parking is great. Stairs to bedroom are narrow and steep but I thought the place was adorable.

Pros: The host always responded promptly. We appreciated the designated parking area. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, shops & grocery stores nearby.Well supplied-even coffee in the kitchen cabinet!Cons:We were asked to wash all bedding, towels, etc. before departing ( no problem, but don’t recall that in the rental agreement).The narrow, steep stairs from the bedroom to the lower level where the bathroomIs located.There was no thermostat in the unit to regulate temperate.

Perfect location, super clean, great communication and parking!

The most remarkable aspect of our stay was that the photos and description of this unit were exactly what we found when we arrived. Most VRBO descriptions and photos are staged and/or are very dated so that reality no longer meets the marketing presentation. This was NOT the case here - the apartment was exactly as described and photographed. Great host. Excellent communication. Fantastic location. Couldn't ask for a better value. We will be back.

Instructions on how to enter dwelling were accurate. It was not revealed that this was third floor apartment until the day we arrived. The apartment was clean other than hair on the bathroom floor. The steps leading to the loft where the bed was located were steep and narrow necessitating walking sideways. We abided by the quiet hours. During the entire night there were loud people walking up and down the sidewalk. Thinking it may be a college neighborhood
