"Overall a decent cabin, does need some maintenance. Bulbs were out, stool broken, water pressure for showering is very low. Corn hole game was broken. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Saw a family of deer. Didn’t get a chance to use the community Game Center."

"Very solid lakeside cabin, perfect for families or a group getaway. Not super fancy, but well equipped. Be alert, outdoor "grill" was an outdoor "griddle" in Mar.26, hopefully owner will revise listing. Communication with owner was good."

"We needed an escape and truly needed some relaxation and this was the perfect place for that. Kitchen was fully stocked eith everything we needed. The home has 3 bedrooms but we only used one and it was very confortable. The living space was our most used space as i did a lot of reading and binge watching there. Bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. Although it was colder than we would have liked the house was super cozy and just the perfect getaway. One of the highlights was also how accesible, helpful and understanding Danielle (host) was. A definite return is in the works!"

"Hot Tub was awesome!! It’s like the hot tub you always want on vacation! Kids loved it and so did we! It was surely the highlight of our trip. The house was very clean! Had a rustic feel with incredible energy. Gave you luxury while also keeping you grounded and feeling unplugged! Wish the tv was a little bigger in the main room or maybe had a tv in the bedrooms but it kept us enjoying the little things and spending time together. I’ve never seen showers and baths so clean! So if you are a couple wanting some alone time! Book this for sure! Big spacious rooms that all have their own unique benefits. That hot tub…. It’s a portal to ultimate relaxation. "

"It was just what my husband and I needed! A cozy little vacation with our pup. The decor of the cabin is so beautiful and welcoming. They had everything you could think of, bathroom essentials, sweets with a towel swan in the bedroom, a coffee/tea bar with s’mores ingredients next to it waiting for you use(we wish we could have used but it was a wet/rainy visit)and a plethora of board/card games etc. We will definitely be back for warmer weather! "

"We (three couples and two dogs) enjoyed a wonderful friends' getaway weekend at Bucky Beaver Lodge! We loved the cozy fireplace and big dining room table, which was perfect for both feasts and board games. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever experienced in a VRBO, with ample cooking equipment, silverware, spices, coffee, and more! The snowy views of Arrowhead Lake are lovely. I highly recommend this house and we'd love to come back for another trip!"
