Drive just a half-mile to the public beach parking lot, or spend your days relaxing beside the sparkling private pool when you make this renovated retreat your home for a seaside holiday. Located in the desirable Pine Knoll Shores community on the west end of Atlantic Beach, this blissful beach retreat is primed for quiet, carefree coastal living. While the home is within walking distance to the beach, multiple public parking lots offer beach access up and down the coast, making it easy to load up all your gear in the car and hit the sand in minutes.

The expansive pool deck is surrounded by canopy coverage, offering some relief from the sun. The furnished patio includes a table for alfresco dining.

The updated interior comes beautifully appointed for modern family comfort. A stylish coastal theme complements the home's beachside locale. A large leather sectional, comfortable armchairs, and a smart TV you can use with your own accounts welcome group gatherings in the main living area. Bean bag chairs and a second smart TV offer a breakaway entertainment space for younger guests. A dual-sided fireplace provides a toasty ambience for both living spaces. Gleaming counters and a sleek suite of stainless steel appliances will inspire culinary creations in the full kitchen. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We love it, the only thing is that the pool need more attention otherwise everything was good.

Vacation
Online listing was great. Upon arrival, the rooftop had major debris and gutters were clogged. Nothing was done about this. The pool was very dirty and took 48 hrs to be cleaned. I spent 4 hrs cleaning it myself. Trip hazards located around the pool. Missing cover located at pool skimmer. Damaged pool trim. A sharp broken knofe was locwted at pool deck. Pool deck was very dirty. Crab shells and food was found at pool deck. Broken bedroom drawers, dryer took 3 rounds to dry clothing, master bedroom patio door sweep fell off, trash never picked up during our stay(9 people total creating waste) was very disturbing. There was also a large dead squirrel on the patio upon our areival that my 2 year old found. I remived it myself as it took 5 hours for maintenamce to show up. I was told the property was under new ownership and the owner was not aware of these issues that existed. I was in contact about this and many other issues during our stay. I was told someone woukd come out to resolve these issues which never happned. I was then told I would be credited or refunded and someone would reach out about this but no on has as of yet.
