I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. « Giving this a four star for Excellent customer service from staff. Area is close to all amenities as you can easily walk or take local ride. Common area of this hostel is neat and tidy. You can take out food and enjoy it. No trash lying around. During my stay some guest are very noisy (slamming doors as they come in and out) disturbing neighbours who are still sleeping. Room needs a good cleaning and proper bedding to attract more people. Other than that, this hostel is still reasonable...

« The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. »
