"The reception desk staff are very kind, knowledgeable and passionate. Razvan and Victor at the Restaurant Balada make sure your evening is unforgettable! Food is more than Fantastic! Breakfast was delicious with great variety and very beautifully served. Staff in the breakfast restaurant really go above and beyond to meet every client’s needs. The manager is Wonderful! The SPA area was awesome, relaxing and very clean. Thanks a million for our 2 nights stay in the most convenient location."

"The gentleman who checked me in wore no jacket or tie, just a very wrinkled shirt. He also sounded rather condescending and tried to convince me to cancel my Expedia booking for some reason. The shelves in room 415 are so narrow that one can hardly put anything on them. Calling the elevator is hit-and-miss. The room was very nice, though, quiet, and overall well-appointed. The location is excellent. At check-out, Cristina was exceedingly patient, competent, and helpful. Despite my "complaints," I am strongly considering staying there again."
