The private pool villa made special arrangements, such as a butler and afternoon tea. It was a bit excessive service for us but it was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was also very delicious and I also enjoyed Thai cuisine. The living room and the bedroom were separated and it was disappointing only that I had to go out . I stayed in this hotel at the last day in Phuket as it is very close to the airport. The reception amazed me as it is super comfortable. I stayed in a private villa and even got a butler who was so caring and helpful. I got sick that night and he tried his best to accommodate my needs. The room was spacious and tidy. THe breakfast looked amazing with lots of choices but I didn't get to enjoy them coz I was sick. Leider waren einige Bars nicht immer geöffnet. Die Poolvilla war toll und luxuriös. Bei diesem Preis sollten aber noch einige Goodies wie zB die Minibar inklusive sein. Bei vielen Hotel der Luxusklasse haben wir das schon erlebt auf Phuket. Toll ist auch die Lage. Es gibt tolle preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe am Strand.
