Chambres parfaite mais hôtel compliqué
Chambre taille et confort parfait ! Par contre à l’extérieur c’est…compliqué ! Nous avons commencé par 40mn d’attente pour le Check-in, je n’avais jamais vu cela. Ensuite nous avons dû chercher dans les bâtiments notre chambre : aucun plan de donné, aucunes indications ni par le concierge ni sur les murs des bâtiments, aucun panneau ! Nous avons trouvé un ascenseur dans un état de saleté et de délabrement tel que nous avons eu très peur d’y rester coincés, mais vu que nous étions à l’étage avec 2 grosses valises nous avons prit le risque. Nous sommes arrivés dans une très belle chambre, malheureusement il n’y avait de l’électricité que vers la partie salon et cuisine, toute la partie chambre et salle de bain n’en avait pas. J’ai demandé de l’aide à 2 femmes de ménage qui ont constaté la même chose et m’ont dit de redescendre demander une autre chambre. Le personnel de l’accueil avait changé c’était une gentille dame qui venait de prendre son service et qui était déjà au bord des larmes car un autre couple l’appelait au téléphone en lui disant qu’un homme venait de rentrer dans leur chambre avec une clé (à priori une erreur de consigne lors de la relève, la chambre avait été indiquée comme libre alors que non) ce monsieur et moi même étions donc à l’accueil en quête de nouvelles chambres mais l’hôtel était complet. La gentille réceptionniste nous a quand même trouvé une chambre aussi bien que la première. Il y a quand même de gros problèmes à résoudre pour cet hôtel!

Our room was not cleaned daily by housekeeping. No internet smf this was a business trip. Workout room was being repaired …so no workout.

Utterly disappointed. Stayed two nights. Did not have wifi the whole time. I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed to get some work done from my hotel. Was unable to do that.

This was a great motel! It was close to the event we needed to be at late night easy to get back to our room! Which was a plus. There were no where get something to drink at unless you walk or drive.

I stayed for 2 nights and it’s not bad. Only negative things I can say is the walls are paper thin, so hope you don’t get a loud neighbor. There was trash in the trash can when we first arrived. The bathtub was a bit dirty. Finally, a couple burn marks on the floor. Overall, comfy, clean looking bed, a good space, and in a good spot with a couple food places nearby.

Was a really nice hotel! Room was big, and nice setup. Bed wasn't that comfortable, and the AC was struggling to keep it cold, but wasn't overly hot, and with a box fan I bought cooled down nicely. Stayed at Motel 6 across street after, and this place was way better! Just the price at the time had more than double their price so switched.
