    While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



    Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

    You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



    For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:



    Per fee: $20/night



    There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.



    We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



    We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Terrible experience – Horrible Conditions – the worst place I have ever rented. My experience with this property was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend avoiding this listing or any rental managed by this “Host.” If you have already booked, I highly suggest canceling.Before we even arrived, the host attempted to charge me an additional 209.57 without providing any explanation. I had to send my own receipts to prove everything was already paid. The entire situation felt deceptive.When we arrived, the unit was in completely unacceptable condition:•Stains all over the primary bedroom comforter•Blood stain on the backup comforter•Blood spots on the kitchen wall•Media console detached from the wall and sitting on the floor•Missing blind on the sliding door•Heavily stained living room rug•Dirty floors and countertops•Stained dining chairs•Only two towels provided for four guestsWe immediately contacted the host. We were told that two towels were “standard” and that a cleaning crew would arrive at 10 AM the next day. The next day my family left the unit to give them space, but by noon no one had arrived. When we reached back out, we were told it was a “heavy checkout day” and the cleaners were busy at other properties—another excuse, with no resolution.This is a property management company, not an individual host, and most responses were clearly automated. There are many positives, I will start with them. The location is great, especially if you are in town for baseball. Gated community, secure, great pool, gameroom and fitness center. In fairness, I should have noticed there were no reviews, so it must be a fairly new booking.Check in was a hassle, the directions that were sent were chaotic, rather than starting with the gate code to the property, that information was on the 4th slide, at the bottom and it was tiny. I would suggest placing all of the need to know information on the first slide, starting with the gate code, directions to the apartment, and then the lockbox code. It was late and dark, and we couldn't see the code, so we waited to go in behind a car. I think if that had been all I would have been ok with leaving a better rating.However, the listing says it sleeps four with a "sleeper couch". It does not sleep four, the couch is not a sleeper but a very cheap, very hard, futon thing that did not sleep a 6 year old comfortably, let alone two people. The chaise and the couch itself did not connect so even when pulled out it was impossible to lay on, as it just kept pushing apart in the middle.After discovering that, we realized there were no blankets, nothing for the "sleeper couch" not one extra blanket. Actual bed was so hard and very cheap, we bought an air mattress and blankets. It was very minimal, not comfortable. I think if a few things were upgraded it would be ok. People want soft beds, nice couches
