The large synthetic grass area gives plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. ****One small, non-shedding well-behaved dog allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds or on furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

****Pool can be heated and is $100 per day to heat the pool. Please contact host at least 2 days in advance to coordinate and confirm payment. Payment will be made through Airbnb or other options.

Please be advised that there will be a small processing fee for cancellations on VRBO or direct bookings.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.
