Chandler Digs - REBL Rentals

Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Chandler, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, ping pong table, fire pit, putting green, grill, hanging swing chair, and more. The home itself is two stories, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.

This pool has the option to be heated at an additional cost of $50/night for the duration of your stay, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival. This will be paid separately after booking.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.

Located right in the heart of Chandler, this is a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Better in pictures than person
Over all it is a nice house however, it looks better in pictures than person. The tvs all sync together so if you use one down stairs it changes the one in the room. So we couldn’t enjoy tv. The house had damage that was a fast fix up and you can tell, The house smelled like paint when you walk through it. The pool is only heated 3 hours a day but doesn’t work. Tried to call manager regarding pool and never got a response but did get refund for pool. Wouldn’t stay here again however the neighbor hood is nice.

Great place but needs better care and cleaning.
Good afternoon, For the most part we enjoyed our stay, but there were quite a few issues we found for the amount of money we paid for the rental. We loved the space and the yard!! I did not take the survey because I thought it was wrong that you need to read mine before you post ours!!!!! When we first arrived we had to clean the countertops and front of the refrigerator as they were very dirty. The floors were filthy so we asked for a mop to clean. We were brought a mop and a 5 gallon bucket but no cleaner. We had to ask for propane to use the grill and fire pit. The corn hole game was broken and the board games were missing pieces. Not enough garbage bags or paper towels. There was a white splotch of something on the wall next to the bunk bed. We couldn't find pool towels so we had to ask for some, (they were in the dryer). The toaster doesn't work and the pots and pans are horrible to try to use. There was a noise that was off and on we believe it was the a/c unit. There was only one tide pod and the washer was making a horrendous noise. I don't want to sound nit picky but when you pay the kind of money we did, the house should at least be clean and stocked with supplies. I have some pictures and a video of the washing machine if needed.

WM 2024
We came in town with a group of friends for the WM Open. Overall, we enjoyed the house and it provided plenty of space for our group of (8) guys. The backyard had a putting green, ping pong table and cornhole boards to go along with the pool and grill. The game room/garage was the feature room with a pool table, pac-man machine and shuffle board table along with an older model golden tee machine. The only thing I didn't enjoy about the game room was the feature wall that had some questionable wallpaper graphics as well as the fact that the ping pong table was outside (it was cold and rainy during our trip so the ping pong table was not able to be used). Additionally, we paid for the pool to be heated ($50/day) and the water was not at all warm even during the warm periods of the day. That being said, it was a pretty cool house and we enjoyed our stay. Would rent again.

Awesome Property!
This property is fantastic! It is ideal for families: backyard has pool, putting green and ping pong table. Inside, the game room is amazing and keeps the kids busy. The house was very clean and well stocked with lots of room. Rebl Rentals is a great group to work with; highly responsive and great communication throughout the entire process. If you need/want to be in the east valley, I highly recommend this location.

Stay far away. Or expect to bring your own vacuum, mop and pool supplies.
1. The 5th bedroom is a GARAGE. 2. Disgusting. Smelly. Dirt and spills caked on walls, stairs, floors. 3. Pool was completely unusable. Leaves clogging the filter so nothing was getting filtered out, pool vacuum not running, literally HAIR getting stuck in the pool skimmer. We had to call for someone to come out, and the service provider told me the filters hadn’t been cleaned out in MONTHS. 4. Floors were DISGUSTING. To the point that I had to go get my vacuum and broom from my own house to even feel close to comfortable wearing shoes in the house (I live locally and was having a lot of family visiting). 5. Almost every other outlet didn’t work. Actually, almost every other appliance didn’t work. Hard to tell because we could never figure out if it was the appliance or outlet. 6. Complete sh**show trying to get check in details. Had to call the day of only to find out we still needed to submit an ID for verification purposes. STAY FAR AWAY. If I didn’t have 8+ family members I had to accommodate from out of state, I would have 1000% canceled on the spot when walking in.
