"My only negative was the swimming pool. It was not very inviting. We were not sure how well maintained the pool was so we didn't use the pool. Everything else was spectacular and the food was amazing. I would stay there again."

"All around bad. Stayed for a week. The room was very outdated and had several large stains on the carpet. The air conditioner couldn’t even get down to 66. And housekeeping never picked up/replaced the dirty glasses and cups and failed to bring clean towels on one day of our stay. The front desk staff were ineffective and nonplussed by everything in this review. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver - he helped us get clean towels and kindly delivered sodas and sweets to make up for the front desk nonsense. "

"Staff was great, house cleaning was awesome. Property issues like paint peeling in tubs or the thin walls and ceilings made it easy to hear and feel heard by neighboring visitors, even if it's simple things like rolling a suitcase or walking. "
