"Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the location and the quietness of the hotel. If you have a normal diet (no allergies like me) then this breakfast looked delicious!! All in all would recommend!! "

"Don't expect a fancy hotel with this one. It is somewhat run down. Some door handles were broken, baseboards and carpets messed up, bathroom with rusty ceiling. The rooms are spacious and the staff were great. The breakfast included was a grab-and-go breakfast bar with cereal, granola bars, fruit, and donuts. There is nothing hot for breakfast. Make sure you look at the Palm Island Waterpark hours. It's advertised in the name, but it was only opened for a few hours on the weekend when we came in the summer, so we didn't get to do it."

"Absolutely LOVED our stay! A nice peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of life…and a chance to reconnect with family & nature. House was clean, kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to cook, beds were SUPER comfy, big yard with amazing views and close to nature, cozy fire pit, an awesome game room in the basement, as well as being really close to Letchworth State Park. Everything was a hit with the whole family, but the pool table & campfires were the biggest hits! Host was super helpful & responsive, as well! All around 10/10 stay! Cannot wait to return!!! "
