"Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here! "

"The television in the room was old and there was only signal for one channel. The shower was spurting water out from the side of the head. There was no luggage locker available, there are significantly fewer lockers than rooms available. No staff on site at any time to assist so had to pay to store luggage elsewhere. Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. "

"I love this hotel. The location is near pratically everything, being that i was there during christmas i was walking distance from a chritmas market. The hotel decor and cleaninness is unmatched.
