Wonderful Spacious True Blue Golf Resort Forest Beach Area 3BR Many Amenities

This incredibly spacious condo sleeps 6 with 2 King sized beds and 2 Twins, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has all newer appliances and everything to make meals. The screened in balcony porch overlooks 17th fairway on beautiful True Blue golf course. Pool, heated spa, tennis courts, and a golf school onsite. The stunning beach is only 3 miles away. The local restaurants are chef owned and a foodies dream! Not a golfer? Quiet forest areas and beaches for hiking. Central for day trips to Charleston, Charlotte, Savannah, and Georgetown for shopping charming new and vintage items. Live music venues close by. There is only one pool and spa open in the winter, and it's the one next to this unit!
The space
Master Bedroom has a King size bed with walk in closet, and bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has another King and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. TVs and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to get cozy.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances. Laundry has full size washer and dryer.

The Living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of room to gather for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable and streaming.

Enter the screened porch from the living room or Master bedroom and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine.
Guest access
Multiple pools and spas are available, one in very close walking distance. Tennis and pickle ball courts, golf school, driving range and putting greens on site.
Other things to note
The local eating is a foodie's dream. This is a community of individual owners and chefs, not chain restaurants.

Centrally located for day trips to Myrtle Beach, Mount Pleasant, Charlotte, Savannah, Georgetown, Charleston and other historical towns.

Family Beach trip with tropical storm
The True Blue unit provided a beautiful , comfortable and spacious home away from home. With 5 adults and the family dog we were able to spread out and enjoy our time in the condo. We spend more time inside than we normally would while at the beach, as there was a tropical storm moving through affecting the entire week with rain and wind. The unit provided so many items: kitchen gadgets, 4 TV's , spices, welcome gift, bathroom items, beach towels, beach chairs....... we have been in countess vacation rentals for over 20 years and this one has by far provided the most items. Thank you!!! The True Blue neighborhood pools were very nice and generous with spa and there was one right across the street from the unit. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this rental.

Nice, but a few things
Everything was good, but rental could use new counter tops - the current ones have been coated with something that is peeling and very sticky. Many lamps need new light bulbs or repair. Lock on owner’s suite bathroom door would be great. Loved having beach equipment - chairs and umbrella was great! We had a great time.

The property was nice and the location was perfect for a multi-day golf trip. Our only complaint was the lack of live TV to watch news and sporting events. We are likely to return next year, but for the price it would be nice if the owner made a slight upgrade to the "ROKU" tv package and added a few channels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious and quite comfortable when our adult children visited. Great location not far from beach and quiet neighborhood for walking. We enjoyed the wonderful porch for enjoying the sunsets over the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a getaway
The condo was very clean and organized with lots of personal touches throughout. We have nothing to complain of! There were several extra blankets and pillows to choose from, plenty of towels and some toiletries available. We enjoyed the location and how close it was to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

This location was wonderful for my great niece and nephew, my dog, and me. The home was very clean and just as depicted. The beds were comfy and the living space was very large with plenty of room for the kids to play. We were very close to restaurants and grocery stores so we were able to get everything we needed without having to go far. Tammi was a great host; very accommodating and great communication. We’ll definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Family Getaway by the Sea
Our recent stay at the charming beach house was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, it was an unforgettable experience for my wife and our two energetic kids, aged 6 and 7. The beach house itself was a true gem. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The cozy living area was a fantastic place for family bonding, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals together. Our children were thrilled with the comfortable bedrooms, and the little touches, like beach-themed decorations, added to the overall charm. Last but not least, we cannot overlook the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. From the moment we booked, they were responsive and accommodating, providing us with valuable tips and recommendations. They genuinely cared about our experience, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Exceeded my expectations
First off, it seems bigger that what you see in the pics. It was clean and stocked with supplies. Extra blankets for each person (6 of us). The bedding was clean and the towels were neatly placed on each bed for each person. No odors. The beach chairs are not cheap chairs. There were sand toys for kids and a beach umbrella. The pool is right across the street, and it's a very nice neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants and beach were close by- 5-15mn. If you want to do the "tourist thing", then you only need to drive 20mns North. Tammi was responsive- no issues. I'm really picky and I really liked this property. I plan on coming back as soon as I'm able to!

The property was roomier than the pictures indicated. There is a large dining room table. Very comfortable space for 6 people. The beach chairs and beach towels were an added bonus. Even thoughit is a busy area with multiple buuildings, it felt private. The place was very clean on arrival. Its location is close to restaurants and other activities. We didnt use the pool but it was very close by.

Awesome Getaway
I was there on a golf trip with my dad and my brother and we couldn’t have had a better stay. The condo was clean and spacious and situated right in the middle of several golf courses. It was also near the beach and not too far from the state park. Communication was easy and the stay was great.

Nice location
We have stayed in True Blue resort before and think it is an excellent choice for golf, beach, and relaxing. This condo is nicely located within True Blue and is spacious and clean. The only problem, which I hope has been resolved, was with gaining timely entry into the condo. Some mix-up over the keys occurred, so that we were unable to enter the condo for an hour after the promised check in time. Other than that, I believe that the host made a good effort to get things straightened out and enjoyed our stay.
