« Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. »

« This was a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for my little one to run around. The temperature was perfectly maintained — well-cooled and heated. Skylights filled the home with natural light, and there were multiple entry/exit points that opened up to stunning views. A true highlight was watching the July 4th fireworks right from our windows. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasure! »

« Absolutely gorgeous view! Home is very well laid out for a smaller home! Very comfortable! Will rent again! Make sure you are given a code to the gate! « Visited the Lake Chelan area with family, there were 8 of us. It's a bit of a drive, parts of which are rural for sure, but once you arrive at this home you know you've chosen wisely. The place was exceptionally clean, well stocked with the essentials everyone needs, and the home and surroundings are spectacular. It's tough to think about something that I didn't like, I could nit pick, but it would be so lost in the good that it just doesn't matter. Place is 5 stars, book it!! »
