« We got to the room and the tv wasn’t working! Tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn ’t work! I went down to desk & she said WE could unplug the tv to make it start! Fortunately it did! The phone never worked! Also, the heating/cooling did not even turn on!! So, if we had gotten hot, or cold, we couldn’t even use it!! Luckily we tolerated the room temp! »
