Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. "The rooms are spacious especially if you book the ones with small pools. Our room did not have blackout curtains. In the past they did and I would suggest they get them back so you can sleep in and also have better privacy. The restaurant is good for breakfast and dinner. In most beaches in Costa Rica it is very crowded. Here I sometimes had the beach all to myself. Great sunsets and you can arrange to ride horses. The ocean waves are rough and I would not advise anyone venturing in too deep unless they have a flotation device. Strong rip currents. The staff are all very welcoming."
