Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."

"Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. "The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was frugal; we had to ask for croissants since none were left after other diners had taken 2 each whereupon the owner brought my wife and I a croissant each on a tray."

"Love this place and the house but the beds are too firm. If the beds were softer then it would be a solid 10/10 the pool hasn’t been available when we have been in April and October. Hot tub is in property next door and needs to be booked in advance at an extra 95. Nearest shop is 20 mins drive. But fantastic house, area and amenities. Merci beaucoup Valerie eat Jackques"
