"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. "I love this place. I stay every time I arrive and leave Bhutan from Paro. The staff are so loving. The Spa is amazing. Especially the hot rock bath, massage. The food has always been excellent. And the pool...such a wonderful workout. I was told there are renovations in the works, which I am looking forward to. Some of the amenities and placements of connections in the rooms are not well placed."
