Awesome location - close distance to Park City lifts and mountain activity.(approx. 100 yards) A beautiful view of PC Mountain from the living area and kitchen/dining table. Close to Deer Valley so you can jump on the bus or drive up to this exclusive resort. Main Street, Park City is less than 1 mile. Walk-able or take the bus which is steps from our condo. Mountain view two-bedroom condo with new stone countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, sinks, and 6' soaker tub as well as 55" TV. The external building is halfway through a $1.5 million dollar renovation with new decks, railing, elevator, driveway, and in summer 2026 a completely redone exterior. The unit was redone with everything newer. FRESHLY PAINTED walls and cabinets. New window coverings. All new memory foam beds. Living room leather couches w memory foam sleeper - private, secure high-speed 5G internet - quick start fireplace - additional kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Pool towels. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer months. The walk to the mountain was super easy. A couple of other people staying in a different unit told us that we could ski the golf course right to the unit, but we did not mind walking and leaving our ski gear up at the mountain. The bus stop is also right outside the unit so that is another convenient way to get around. Overall, we found the unit to be very comfortable and cozy. Skiing is close enough for a 5 min walk also. We walked back to the condo every day from the main park city amounts in. Very convenient. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teens and the space was amazing and comfortable. Very high end decor and finishes, exceptionally clean, location couldn't be any better for PC skiing, main street, and everything in between. Communication with the owner was easy and fast when it was necessary. Checkin and out process was seamless and easy to follow. This is a very well-appointed and updated 2 bedroom condo close to the Park City Mountain Resort. Just a short walk up the hill. Or even better the bus stop is at the condo entrance making it easy to get to and from the slopes or travel around town. With a fullly equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, we had no complaints about the condition and functioning of the unit. The pool turned hot tub spa for the winter months was also very nice. Most highly recommended. ##### Kevin C. We had a great stay in Park City. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The location is perfect; close to the Park /city ski mountain and the Fresh Direct Market. We walked to the ski lift every morning and found a path to ski down to the back of the condo at the end of the day. It is also close to a stop on the free transit system, which was great for going into Main Street. It is also possible to walk to Main Street, which is about a 20-25 minute walk. While not slopeside it was an 8 minute walk in ski gear with young kids, or 1stop on the bus which came regularly enough. To eat out you’ll need to jump on a bus downtown or a 10min walk to the Fresh Market area. Condo has everything we needed including a tub to soak away the ski legs. Shame there wasn’t a golf course view for the price, so ok value for Park City in peak season. ##### Ben T. The condo was wonderful inside - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and a good size space for our family of 5\. The building had a room just for storing skis and boots so no need to lug them up to the condo each night, and plenty of easy parking space. The location of the condo was easy walking distance to the lifts and close to the grocery store too. Tony provided helpful instructions for the condo, nearby restaurants, the town, etc. He even left a welcome gift of chocolates! The place was clean, well-appointed, and consistent with the VRBO description. Communication with the owner was seamless as well. One of the lesser-discussed aspects of this condo that we really liked was the easy access in and out of the building. Elevator from the parking garage was nice as many of these ski condos require you to lug up some large suitcases and ski gear up several flights of stairs. Additionally, there is an outdoor building staircase next to the condo that allows you to get down to the street in about 20 seconds. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working but Tony tried to get it fixed, unfortunately it was not fixed for our stay. The 2nd bathroom has a slow drain issue. The knives need to be replaced or sharpened they were so dull it was hard to cut anything. The property is in good shape and the beds are nice. ##### Susi J. Feb 25, 2017 #### Great Location, very nicely remodeled condo We've stayed at this location before in a different unit and returned because the location is great! Bus stop is right outside the door and a very short walk to PCMR. The unit is nicely done with great bathrooms and kitchens. All in very nice finishes that i expect at home (Granite, Stainless Steel, top line fixtures, etc) A few things to be aware of: 1\. If you are a light sleeper, this unit is over the driveway and abuts the road, so the bus and snow plow noise is noticeable. 2\. The wifi is sloooooooow. I had trouble downloading email! 3\. The kitchen needed a thorough cleaning though it was the only area that was not well cleaned. Even then it was clear that someone had put away dishes and pots that were not properly cleaned. All in all it was a very nice unit and compared to some places we have stayed, above the norm for a 2 Bdrm condo in Park City ##### Glenn C. Jan 29, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Convenient and comfortable We rented this condo for a ski trip for myself and my 22 & 20 year old kids. This was quite simply the best ski condo I’ve stayed in over years of trips. Pros: Location : Less than 10 min walk to closest (Eagle) lift. Bus stop right outside condo and a 2 min ride to the mountain. Possible to ski back to the condo (need to take off skis to cross one street. Storage : Ski lockers at the entrance level make it super easy to not lug equipment upstairs to the condo. There’s also a workbench in the locker room if you need to make any adjustments to skis / snowboards. Master Bedroom : Comfy king size bed and en suite full bath with a separate door for the toilet / shower stall area. Super convenient. 2nd Bedroom : 2 beds that were fine for my kids and a second full bath. Kitchen : convenient and easy to use everything. We only cooked breakfast. Appliances looked new. Drip coffee maker + espresso machine, including filters for the coffee maker so you don’t have to rush to the store to find the right size. Super friendly owners of several units. One of them hosted an apres-ski party the night before we were to leave. It was an awesome event as many of the renters and owners attended. Truly lovely people in the building. Cons: I can’t think of any. Next time I ski in Park City, I’ll definitely try to book this unit. ##### Vasu C.
