Charming and very quiet flat located next to the Canal de l’Ourcq, 56m2, first floor, garden and courtyard views, all equipped kitchen, bathroom with a big bathtub, separated toilets, two rooms, the first one with a big double bed and the second with two single beds, big living rooms with a home cinema, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.  
Close to Montmartre and Les Buttes Chaumont, well connected with two subway lines near by and nice neighborhood.  
Available between end of June and August
