You are looking for a functional accommodation, tastefully decorated, easy to park and cheaper than a hotel for your stay in the Paris region. Come stay in my independent duplex located in a very quiet area of the beautiful city Saint-Maur-des-Fossés 5 minutes walk from the edge of the Marne.  
  
The duplex consists of a living room with sofa bed and an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a terrace.  
  
You are in the right place for your stay with family or friends because the duplex that I offer can accommodate up to 4 adults.

→ 30 minutes by car (16 km) from the center of Paris.  
→ 30 - 40 minutes by RER A or 38 minutes by car (38 km via the A4 motorway) from the Paris Disney Park.  
→ 5 minutes from shops (bakery, post office, supermarket, laundry ...)
