Excellent hotel - very centrally located, near Franklin Roosevelt metro station. Rooms are small but this is typical for Paris. We requested a small fridge which was provided, but unfortunately it never worked despite an attempt to repair it. Very good experience overall.

Nicely located and elegant hotel and rooms. Extremely friendly staff, Mohamed was great. I forgot some of my papers in the room after the checkout and he helped me to take pictures and send it to me.

We got a suite room. However the room was really small. We had a tough time having our luggage opened up No sleepers, or amenities in the toilets Main building elevator fit only 3 people so taking luggage up was a hassle. The hotel was clean. On the weekend lots of noise from outside and we could not get a good night sleep. The staff was not that up front. The locker in the room was not open and it took the staff about 24 hours to get it opened. In the beginning they promised 15 min and danced their way through the next day. Not being up front is the last thing a tired traveler needs. Breakfast area small and food variety scarce. Our family of 4 could not sit at the same table and we basically took halk the dining space. I don’t recommend this hotel overall at this price point given its service and room size.

Eder o diretor do hotel nos recepcionou super bem. Todo staff da recepcao é fantastico e a localizacao perfeita. Especialmente ao rapaz da recepacao da tarde, eu esqueci o passaporte no cofre do quarto do hotel e ele mandou por Uber para mim no aeroporto senao ia perder o ultimo voo. Muito obrigada!!!!

This was the cutest little hotel that I’ve ever stayed in!! It is PERFECTLY located steps from the metro train, dining options and shopping. It was very clean and the staff were all fantastic!! All English speaking, friendly, helpful and welcoming. This is definitely where I’ll stay when I return to Paris.
