Summary:  
Just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower, in the heart of the Saint-Charles village and its shops, this comfortable and elegant 65 m² apartment has a beautiful living room and 3 bedrooms (2 closed bedrooms and one open bedroom) that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a former shop, the apartment has been completely renovated and combines charm and functionality.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment includes  
  
Living room with sofa bed for two adults, TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. Coffee table, rug, windows overlooking the street.  
Open kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (and capsules), kettle, and everything you need to cook and eat. Plenty of storage space.  
\- Dining room with rectangular table and chairs for 8 people.  
\- Master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, TV. Window overlooking the courtyard.  
\- Bedroom 2 with two 90cm x 200cm single beds and window overlooking the courtyard.  
\- Bathroom on the first floor with shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet.  
\- Bedroom 3 with a 180 x 200 cm bed and bedside table. The bedroom on level -1 is not a closed bedroom. It is accessible by stairs.

#### Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is ideally located and gorgeously decorated. Two days of our visit were above 100 degrees F and it took a couple messages to the host to find out that the unit does not in fact have air conditioning as stated in the listing. Most of the year this would be irrelevant but it was disappointing to find the listing to be inaccurate when it really mattered.
