Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.  
Aubervilliers experienced its boom at the end of the 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has kept its industrial tradition and its multicultural identity.  
  
Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which is only a 5-minute walk away.  
In Aubervilliers, you will find all amenities: 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), 4 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, 1 bookstore, 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit) as well as restaurants for all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu,...).

Ce gîte pourrait être très agréable, propre, couleurs harmonieuses (même s'il manque un minimum de déco sur les murs) mais mal entretenu. Je pense qu'il se dégradera assez rapidement. Dommage. Manquent un téléviseur , porte serviettes ou patères dans la salle de bain et davantage de vaisselle (1 seul verre à notre arrivée).

Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind sehr alt, jedenfalls hat das mit dem heutigen Zustand der Wohnung nichts mehr zu tun. Diese ist renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad ist Schimmel an der Decke. Keine Handtuchhalter. Alle Wände fleckig. Die Kissen und Betten waren mit gelben Flecken überzogen. Einfach unhygienisch. Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die Lüftungen dick mit Staub behaftet. Wackelnde Armaturen, kaputte Waschmaschinentür, abgeplatztes Geschirr. 2 Nächte mit lauter Musik in der Nachbarschaft bis in die Morgenstunden. Bei Buchung musste man über Drittanbieter Kaution autorisieren. Mehrfach wird man per Mail belästigt, für diese Kaution eine Versicherung abzuschließen. Wenn schon Gäste Kaution hinterlegen müssen, es zu Schäden kommt.... warum wird dann nicht renoviert?
