The restaurant was very nice as we had both buffet breakfast daily and ate at The George twice during our stay and all the meals delicious. The hotel includes a free Disneyland shuttle bus which is right across from the hotel and takes 5 minutes to get to the park. The first time is when I was living in London. Now I am back in Canada and I still took the family to stay here because of our first wonderful experience. Great place to stay with the family with a shopping centre right across the street, free shuttle to Disney, and the train station across the road with direct links into Paris. The Disney shuttle is just the free city bus one across the road - you don’t need to be staying there. The shuttle was limited through not running 12 - 5:30pm. No other transport was provided by the hotel although the description seemed to imply otherwise. Area of the hotel seemed safe and clean, but not really residential. No other restaurants or coffee shops around. A nice hotel, but no advantage to this one as a disney hotel over others in the area. Huge grocery store in the bottom floor of the mall/shopping center. For those looking to save money on food , there's plenty to chose from @ the grocery store @ resonable prices. Loved this hotel. The ladies that work the front desk are so efficient, professional and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady that helped us with our Navigo pass pictures. I believe her name was Magina or Magila?? Have nothing really bad to say about the hotel or staff. Wir haben bereits mehrere Hotels in Serris getestet, daher haben wir gute Vergleiche. Das l’Elysee Val d’Europe gehört in jedem Fall zu den besten Hotels was Preis-/Leistung, Qualität, Lage und Ausstattung betrifft. Wir sprechen hier von einem 4 Sterne Hotel, was dem Anspruch gerecht wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld angegeben das wir spät abends einchecken werden, zum Check-in wurden wir direkt namentlich begrüßt da man wusste wer wir sind - tolle Kommunikation. Und wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten auf ein Premium-Zimmer - erstklassig! Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen, bei geschlossenem Fenster haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, ein Kühlschrank, großer TV und Rituals Shampoo/Duschgel im Badezimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostete 15€ pro Nacht - was für ein Hotel sehr günstig ist - wir zahlten zuletzt immer mehr. Die Tiefgarage gibt es auf 2 Etagen und hier sind auch ausreichend Ladesäulen für E-Autos vorhanden. Die Lage ist natürlich erstmalig zum Val d’Europe direkt vor der Tür, darüber hinaus gibt es auch viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung.
