The Space: Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated studio on the 7th floor (with elevator to the sixth floor), ideally located a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to three people. The apartment includes: • A living space: has a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), a convertible armchair for one person (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi access. • A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. • A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, kettle, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans… • A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably. The studio is on the 7th. The stairs for the last floor are dangerously steep and should come with a warning. I specifically asked about these and was told they were 'short'. As the stairs were so dangerous, on departure, I asked if the man who had let me in (or someone else) could help carry my suitcase down this one flight of stairs - he said he would but for 30 euros. 30 euros to take one small suitcase down one flight of stairs is ridiculous. He did reduce it to 16 euros but I still declined this 'mugging'. However the studio itself was very good - but with the caveat of the stairs. ##### Jane R.
