Lumière, espace et calme au cœur d'un quartier très animé. Profitez de son grand séjour avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et toits de Paris, au pied des métros, quartier très animé et familial avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars avec terrasses animées.

L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence composée de deux bâtiments année 30 typiquement Parisiens. Toutes nos fenêtres donnent sur une grande cour intérieure fleurie qui vous permettra de profiter pleinement l'été, des fenêtres ouvertes dans un calme absolu.  
Très lumineux, toutes les pièces de l'appartement disposent d'au moins une fenêtre.  
L'appartement est typiquement Parisien avec ses moulures et son beau parquet à chevrons d'origine.  
  
L'appartement est composé d'une entrée design, d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec fenêtre, d'une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes, d'un double salon et d'une grande chambre zen.   
  
La chambre dispose d'un lit 2 places avec un matelas en coton bio et le salon d'un grand canapé convertible en vrai lit 2 places.

Accès à l'appartement entier. Immeuble ne disposant pas d'ascenseur (5ème étage par de jolis escaliers en bois). Vous aurez accès à la cour intérieure.

Nous sommes situé à deux pas de la fameuse "rue du commerce" avec notamment de vieux commerces tel que les brasseries, les boulangeries, primeurs, boucheries, fromageries, magasins mais aussi son église et son square.  
  
\-La Tour Eiffel, les quais de Seine et les Invalides sont à 10 min à pied  
\-le grand centre commercial Beaugrenelle à 10 min à pied ou à 1 station de métro.   
\- nombreux cafés et restaurants du quartier ( le Café du Commerce grande brasserie Française) à 2min. Le Lola a 1min.  
\- nombreux marchés dont le "marché de Grenelle" le mercredi et dimanche à 5 min.  
\- le square du Commerce et le square St Lambert pour les enfants , le Champ de Mars pour les joggeurs, le très grand parc André Citroën à 15 min à pied.  
\- le Club Med Gym (CMG) avec piscine et sauna/hammam à 2 min ainsi que Ritm avec sauna/hammam à 6 min.  
\-Parc Aquatique "Aquaboulevard" avec des toboggans, métro Balard à 20 min.  
  
Getting Around:  
L'appartement se situe à 5 minutes du métro "la Motte Piquet-Grenelle" et à 2 minutes du métro "Avenue Emile Zola".  
  
Métro "Emile Zola" à 2 min, ligne 10: pour aller à Saint Germain des Prés et accès direct à la Gare d'Austerlitz.  
Métro "La Motte Piquet Grenelle" à 5 min, 3 lignes la 10, la 8, et la 6 :
