« It is true that the hotel is well located, in the city center near the basketball stadium.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
But the quality/price ratio is purely scandalous. $300 for a standard room and a breakfast worthy of a disaster camp disgusted me.
This is the biggest scam I have ever been a victim of.

« Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food.
The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center).
The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all. »
