"Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Room was clean and had all I needed to sleep and shower as I was there only about 10 hours. However, the hallways desperately needed to be vacuumed and I could hear people just hanging out in the hall talking at 10pm and someone stomping around above me at 4am. "

"I had high hopes as this property comes highly recommended via Expedia reviews - however, it left a lot to be desired. First, I had to request a new room because the initial room I was put in had a busted ac/heating unit - like it was literally busted in.... The second room I was put in was better in the fact that the unit was intact, but would not respond to the wall thermostat - which I later discovered was not plugged in and the unit only responded to the built in controls. Second, the bed was very, and I mean VERY uncomfortable. It was almost as though they used a box spring, instead of a mattress. I had a difficult time sleeping because of this. Third, the toilet would run every 45 minutes for about 30-45 seconds. The only saving grace was the fact that everyone who works there is very kind. If I ever find myself in the area again though, I will be looking for somewhere else to stay. "

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation."
