"Lovely well-kept & updated older house in pleasant, peaceful neighbourhood excellently located 2 blocks from centre of town for access to cafes,restaurants, gas, with grocery stores a short car ride away. With 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom , very comfortable king size bed & large showerstall, it's ideal for 2 couples giving each their "privacy". Although they call the house a "bungalow", there is a stairway 2 dozen steps upstairs to the 2nd bedroom The kitchen is large and comes with a big gas powered stove which may take you a few minutes to get used to operate if you have an electric stove at home. Very well equipped with glasses, plates etc which we appreciated as we cooked most of our breakfasts & dinners there and then made up picnic lunches for day trips. The local managers, I-Trips, are very responsive to any problems/concerns you have eg. we had a well used & very small frying pan and when we complained, they delivered a new set of 3 different sized frying pans to us before the day was over! A couple of practical items: the house is on a corner lot with the address on Sheridan St but the driveway access by car around the corner off of School St if you are parking your car. You enter the house via a door at the rear of the house that goes through the kitchen; entrance is not via a key but but by a keypad with an access number that will be provided to you online several days before you arrive Only smart tv- u can download streaming service with code"

"Easy check-in w/Alexis (very friendly & helpful). Missy & Crystal were also very informative & seemed to like working @Travel Lodge & working with the public. Our room was spacious, clean & the washer/dryer there were GREAT! Usually you have to run a dryer 2-3 times to dry a load, but not their dryer-ONE DRY cycle & everything was dry! The ice machine worked well & they even RECYCLE! The bed was very comfortable & the room was quiet. They even accommodated my handicapped husband & our dog, Jack. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is such a sweet gem of a cottage tucked into a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was in Newberg for a long weekend class and my husband was with me. This location was only a few minutes drive for me and was a perfect central spot for my husband to drive out for beautiful hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking light meals and the bottle of Pinot Noir from the owner was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again if we return."

"Nice set-up for our extended family. Our two year old granddaughter loved having her own room, with books and toys ready for her! The games in the garage were fun for her, and older cousins who came to visit. It was a fairly wet weekend, so we only enjoyed the outside area briefly. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds comfortable. Close to the Water Oasis where a family wedding was held. Awesome rental choice for us! Thanks Sam, for making it so easy and comfortable."
