"First time staying there the resort was excellent sometimes Myrtle Beach the rooms aren’t so great. My room was great. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. I’ll definitely be going back."

"When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. "

The only issue we had was this is a time share place a they sent us to a guy to get our parking pass who tried hard to get us to attend their seminar. He got mad when I said no and wouldn’t hear him any longer. He said “I’m just trying to cover my ass”. Weirdo. Otherwise I would absolutely stay again. Nice place for the price. I’m 53 and have traveled. I don’t need luxury. I need the bang for my buck. "

"This resort has multiple tower buildings and the room I picked said Ocean View. However, the room we got was across the street from the ocean front tower. Hotels.com needs to ensure that the descriptions on these properties are correct. The accommodations were lovely but if I wanted to stay someplace with an ocean front room, I certainly didn’t get it there."
