« Arrived at hotel and found that the picture of the hotel, on Expedia was deceptive advertising as no waterfall on property. Entering the hotel the pavement was badly soiled. Lady at checkin was friendly and nice .Entered the room and found that toilet didn’t flush. Tried to contact the front desk, but there phone was inoperable. Called hotel and they said someone would be up in 5 minutes. Called back after 45 minutes and said still waiting. A/C very noisy and setting was on high and was unable...

« The person who checked us in was not friendly at check-in or shortly after check in when we complained of barking dog in another room. The cleaning staff very friendly. Breakfast looked good, but I have gluten and dairy issues …no options out for those issues. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner was very noisy like some hotels. Probably won’t stay here because of check in person we had. »

« We had a wonderful stay for my birthday weekend! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Branson. The only issue was that the TV remote never worked correctly, so watching TV wasn’t an option during our stay. Thankfully, that didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! »

« This hotel was an affordable option if you just want a place to sleep and go. Kind of outdated but was clean, a little musty smell. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare. »

« For the most part it wasn't bad but u can tell it's a old hotel and the pool area was a mess and hot to hot to swim »

« The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning work better than fantastic, it was cold enough to snow in there. My husband turned it off for a little while then turned on the heater and with it being the first time the heat had been turned on this year we were guessing, the smoke detector started yelling at us. 😂 We got everything under control and finally got it warm enough my teeth quit chattering, plus I took off my sweater. »
