Great Vacation

We loved the condo, looks just like the pictures. The location was great, we never drove more than 15 minutes for things to do, great restaurants close enough to walk to. The whole complex is a great set up, check in and parking was an ease. Definitely will return to the same condo for our next beach getaway.

Lifetime Friends Reunion

The condo was extremely clean!We loved the location, the views & decor! We loved the balcony & comfy outdoor furniture!We loved the short walk to the beach!We loved the timely response's! We loved seeing a sea turtle! A few down falls… 1) We were disappointed that the beds in the two spare rooms were Full Size vs Queen Size, as advertised. 2) Blowdryer in master bathroom didn't work. 3) The beach chairs that are provided are too close to the neighboring chairs. You barely have room to walk between the chairs. Overall, a GREAT condo! We are definitely considering returning!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved this rental! The photographs are 100% accurate. Decent beds, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, working appliances - microwave, oven, stove, Keurig, coffee pot, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, fridge ice machine, and full sized washer and dryer. Smart TVs were in the living room and bedrooms. The views from the corner balcony are unbeatable. There are 4 elevators that have quick turnarounds. Our rating on the cleanliness was a 3/5 because the showers were not fully clean and the floors didn’t appear to be mopped. We would stay here again! We have vacationed in PCB many times and have stayed in 5+ rentals, and this one is my favorite.

Super clean, wonderful view, extremely comfortable, convenient to everything. I honestly thought about taking one of the rocker recliners home with me but decided that i shouldn't do that. Loved it...wish we could have stayed longer.

8th floor with wrap around balcony, corner unit. Great beach views. We took advantage of all site amenities, One set of beach chairs and umbrella included in rental! A couple minor repairs required and resolved same day.

Nice stay

Unit is just as pictured. Located in a corner condo that has a great wrap around balcony with comfortable chairs to sit and take in the ocean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality dishes and silverware. The linens were clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths but with a washer and dryer you can wash if needed. Ceiling fans and good sized closets and chest of drawers in all 3 rooms. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra comforters. 2 nice sized pools to utilize and very easy access to the beach. 2 chairs and umbrella available for use on the beach. Only complaint, very superficial, is the elevator is very slow. Located within a few minutes of great restaurants and shops. One piece of additional info, the street is very chaotic between noon and 8 on most days.

Property was older, but lovely. Some maintenance should be done, toilet had to be plunged, balcony sliding door was very difficult to open and close and came in one night and kitchen floor was wet,whether from refrig or something else, not sure, just mopped it up and didn't happen again. Good location!

Condo was as-advertised. Great property and great views

We greatly enjoyed the condo. Beds were comfortable, master bath and shower were great, seating in living room was plush. Views were tremendous. Only drawback was the “touristy” nature of the surrounding area and that one of the two pools were closed for renovation. No complaints with the condo itself, our family had a great time.

No talk trucks

Condo was very nice and very clean. No issues or complaints but visitors to this property should know the parking deck is low (6’8”) so taller trucks or cars with roof racks won’t fit and there isn’t any on site outside parking. Instead you have to park across the busy road 1/2 mile walk away. Otherwise we love it here and would stay again but with a different vehicle.

Loved the Condo and the location. The floors were not clean.. my 12 month old grand baby is just learning to walk so after crawling around a while.. his knees and tops of his feet were dirty. So we had to sweep and mop the first day. We would stay again.

Spacious Condo great for families

Our family really enjoyed this property. We are a family of 5 with children ages 8, 13, 16 and so what I loved was having 3 bathrooms! The master is also spacious with 2 closets, a good size bathroom and a cool shower. We had plenty of seating all over the condo, for eating, relaxing in the living room and especially for hanging out in the balcony. TV's in all 3 rooms and nice rooms with plenty of storage and space. We were EXTREMELY comfortable during our whole stay. The property is well kept and the building has security doing a good job at making sure rules are followed by all guests. The owners of this condo have done a wonderful job to make this condo feel like home. I would only have to point out that some of the bedroom's door knobs would not lock, might need to be replaced or maybe we didn't figure out the trick to them. I would 100% book it again.
