We kayaked on the Wacissa River, fed by crystal-clear natural springs perfect for swimming. At Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park, we took a boat tour and swam with a manatee in 73F water. The Gulf Specimen Marine Lab in Panacea is a must-visit, with fascinating creatures like water-squirting triggerfish, nurse sharks, and electric eels, plus a quirky new "Picklearium" that’s best experienced without spoilers!Exceptional HospitalityPhilip, the homeowner, was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and responsive.
