« Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids. »

« Kadia's Place was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Cedar Rapids. It was clean, easy check-in and out, and excellent communication by our host! It is small, dated, and very basic but perfect for a comfortable place to sleep at night for my husband, our adult son, and myself. It's close enough to walk to Coe College which is why we were in town, and convenient to anywhere in the Cedar Rapids downtown area without actually being downtown. Thanks for a great stay! »
