It's the Palm Springs lifestyle personified. While adopting new finishes and functionality, the 2,476 sq ft home retains many mid-century architectural characteristics including tongue and groove wood ceilings, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. In addition, each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath. Located in the historic Deepwell Estates neighborhood, the property features resort amenities including a large pool with cascading spa, outdoor shower, alfresco dining for six, six lounge chairs, built-in gas grill, firepit, West-facing backyard with panoramic mountain views and much more. The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with water closet, double sink vanity and step-down tub shower with a spa-like feel. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and tongue and groove ceiling. We have stayed at other rentals in Palm Springs and we were always happy with our stay, however, this home blew the others out of the water. The decor, pool, open concept living make this home a return to vacation location for us. Thank you Kenny and John for making our vacation so enjoyable. ##### Elena Z. The house was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations. It is so spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and has all new appliances. The layout is great because you have bedrooms on both sides of the house. For digital nomads, there is a seperate large office and the wifi speed was 300/40, so ideal for working remotely. The communication with the host was excellent. The view is amazing and the pool was nice and warm. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back. ##### Darren P. It has everything you want. Two primary bedrooms with awesome views of the mountain. Killer backyard with tons of space for kids and dogs. Outdoor shower with that view. Inside is perfect because of all the space. Big couch for all of us to watch our shows. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchen’s I’ve ever rented. But everything about the house was perfect: the outdoor space was flawless, the gorgeous interior, the proximity to downtown. We just returned from six glorious days staying at the Deepwell house. BY FAR the most gorgeous and livable house I have ever experienced in PS. Three couples in my family ages ranging from 29 to 85 and two (well-behaved) dogs. Gorgeous, well appointed, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, a location that can't be beat, quiet neighborhood... the list of amazing details goes on and on. Kenny and John were so easy to communicate with and made the entire process easy from booking, check in and check out. My father kept repeating that we are absolutely going to make staying at this house an annual tradition and that he was so impressed that for once the online photos matched the house exactly. The house size was perfect for 5 adults (6 works perfectly as well). The decor was perfection. The beds were King size and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the house. The pool was perfect and the backyard a dream. The best part was having a check-in guide that took us through the house. Everything was explained and were able to stay in contact if anything was needed. The second best part was the master bathroom. Like a tropical vacation. I'd book here again, easy.
