- ADULTS ONLY. Quiet and cozy second floor condo (979 SqFt) located inside the community with 2 bdr/2ba plus den overlooking saltwater/heated pool and spa. Super clean condo completely stocked with fresh towels, linens, complete kitchen items, new Keurig, beach towels, and pool floats. Den is perfect for working, relaxing or watching your favorite movies. Internet and wifi provided. Smart tv in den great for watching your Netflix or Amazon subscriptions. Flat screen in 2nd bedroom features local channels. Each bedroom has a comfy, king size bed. Each bathroom has double sinks and are also stocked with toiletries. Balcony has small table and 4 chairs and private commercial size washer and dryer. Covered/assigned parking. Property has 4 saltwater/heated pools and spas along with tennis courts. Across the street from Taquitz Creek Golf and Tennis Club. Hiking trails across the street on the other side.
