Lovely view from second floor. Well-maintained cozy unit in park-like setting. Just steps from any of six pools and spas throughout the complex, plus three tennis courts, laundry facilities. Quick access to the I-10 Freeway, minutes from downtown Palm Springs' vibrant restaurant district, museums, and nightlife.
Close to front gated entrance for easy entry and exit.

Over priced
According to others here this place was way overpriced. Items missing, blender bottom , broken chair recliner needs repair, some lights didn’t work. Balcony was so dirty we cleaned it ourselves.
Needs updating. The villa complex was delightful however!
