We are here for you for your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a message or phone call away.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. Please treat our home and the neighbors with respect. Please be sure to follow house rules by observing quiet hours (NO parties!) and NO smoking/vaping on the property.

If any problems arise, let us know right away, and we will do our best to take action ASAP. However, there is no one living on site 24/7.

- Please remove sand and your shoes before going indoors.
- No smoking or vaping on the property.
- No parties or events.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please respect the property`s maximum occupancy.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors, some of whom live here full-time. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding property with care. We appreciate guests keeping the home reasonably tidy during their stay and leaving it in a respectful condition. Our professional cleaners handle the turnover cleaning, but excessive messes should be avoided.
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
- Please observe the designated check-in and checkout timespect the neighbors and observe quiet hours. This is a neighborhood that has full-time residents.
